Too expensive! Horrible Owner!

I have lived at this apartment for 15years, was owned by smaller family owned company at first and then sadly was taken over a corporate company. As usual, rent went up and washer and dryer price went up. We were promised upgrades to the apartment which never happened. Snow plowing rarely happened. Prepare for an ice covered parking lot all winter long. There are no amenities at this apartment besides a garage that are not available for all renters. You are basically paying for the location. My… move out experience was so unprofessional, I never received a walk through, was harassed by the owner by text messages asking when I am moving out. They decided without my permission to start painting and doing upgrades to my apartment before my lease expired so my place was completely trashed by maintenance the last week I was there and I could not clean because of it. I do not recommend this place! Please spend your money where it is deserved!
