Beware

They rent to anyone and could care less about their tenants. And the tenants have no respect for one another. Walls are so thin you can hear and smell everything in the whole building. Laundry room is worthless and nasty. The swat team was across the street 2 weeks ago. Rent anywhere but here.

Bad getting worse

First off, the people in these apartments are not good. The other night there were cops at one of the residences across the street that were there because someone was assaulted, blood everywhere. Couple months ago someone busted their window out trying to end themselves, and there always seems to be a cop in the neighborhood about domestic disputes.

Been seeing people lug mattresses out to the dumpsters full of black spots, looks like bugs. The laundry room doesnt work, and ive seen black...
mold down there so I dont use them. There are signs everywhere that say cameras are in use, there is not one working camera outside, some guy got his tire slashed a few weeks back and they told him they didnt have cameras. Oh, bricks are literally falling off the fronts of the buildings, one's so bad they have 2X4 braces stood against it to keep the entire front of the building rom falling off.

What's more, they try to pin stuff on you when you report problems. Do not trust them, their smiles fade after you sign the papers and they turn mean, especially corporate.
