Clarkchester Apartments

I recently moved from Clarkchester Apartments after living there for several years, and I had a great overall experience. It offers some of the lowest rent prices in the Ballwin / Ellisville area, which is a huge plus.
The manager, Kevin, is extremely kind and very good at his job. He's professional, responsive, and truly cares about the tenants. The maintenance technician is also wonderful -- he consistently goes above and beyond whenever there's an issue and handles requests quickly and... respectfully.
Like many apartment communities, I did experience some noisy neighbors at times, but that can happen anywhere.
Overall, I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Most of these are own by different people the guy who owns my building also owns about 15 others. The good: It’s a nice area pretty quiet for the most part seems safe although I have cameras, the school district is amazing, rent is decent. The bad: The windows are outdated, mold around the windows, mold in the basement, the bathroom tiles are lifting up off the floor. It’s infested with bugs and roaches they don’t want to hire a real exterminator to take care of the problem. I loved here twenty years ago in September. I have lived in two different buildings in that time. The rent is extremely reasonable and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. There are families here and the bus picks up and drops off at two different locations. There is only one way in and out which is nice and it is very close to Ellisville Ciry Hall, Bluebird Park and many shops and restaurants.

The buildings are older and depending on the owner (there are multiple) some are more updated than... others. Read More
