Wish we could give 0 stars ... my husband, during a relocation, gave a deposit to this facility in December 2022 to only be told, a day later, that they could not meet his deadline date of having an available apartment. He asked for a refund, and they told him, they would mail him a check and asked for his new address. Fast forward 60 days and they still had not returned the deposit money, and when he called they said they mailed it to a different address other than his, told him they would... put a stop payment on that check and re-issue a new one to be be sent to our Springfield home address. Fast forward again ... still no check. I think in the 5 months of us patiently waiting for the return of the $328 check, it should have arrived. I hope the residents in this complex have better luck than we did getting monies reimbursed. Read More
