I am preparing to renew my lease with Elm Grove for another year. I have had a wonderful experience living here. The price is right for the value of the home which includes maintenance, a utility billing service that provides a reduced pricing schedule (my utility bills are lower than expected), and the community is friendly, walkable, and beautiful to live in. Location is terrific with restaurants, shopping, medical and other services all within a 2 miles. Highly recommend Elm Grove as a... wonderful place to live.

Communication from the management team is abysmal. It takes weeks to reply and many reminders. The property is nice, I appreciate the landscaping coming consistently and taking care of the grass. We've been fortunate to not have any maintenance issues.

The community and place is great. Really hard to get a hold of anyone at the office. You have to leave a message 99% of the time and really hard to get a call back and maintenance is the same way. Also, was promised a pool and club house and i know things change but was never given anything instead. Rent has raised $250 in two years and really nothing has changed. Not sure what we are getting for money.
