If you are looking for a community that truly cares about its residents, this is it! I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The amenities are fantastic—having access to a sparkling swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a wonderful clubhouse makes everyday living feel like a resort. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and always goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Penny, the property manager, who is always incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with.... Maintenance is also top-notch; our maintenance technician, Damante, is always prompt, professional, and extremely helpful whenever anything needs attention. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-maintained place to live!

Luxury apartment living at its best! Apartment is well appointed and beautiful. Location is great, close to major highways for easy access. Management is very helpful and great to work with. Love my new home!

Couldn't be happier...
I am absolutely in love with our new rental! Moving in during the Spring was the best decision we could have made. The heated salt water pool and fitness center are amazing and always kept so clean which is not the norm of any places we've previously rented from. Everything from the countertops to the flooring is just gorgeous and being so centralized to so many restaurants, stores and parks made our decision very easy. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made our move in seamless and I... couldn't be happier that we chose The Prairie Luxury apartments for our family. Looking forward to making wonderful memories here!

Paper walls, floor, ceiling, and an overall poorly constructed building
Just a poor cheaply constructed building. I am on the top floor and the person stomping below me vibrates the whole building. You can feel every thump.
There is in general very little sound insulation in the building. I swear I can hear the downstairs neighbor snore at night.
Also the walls are made of a very strange finish that absorbs every drop of water / whatever else comes into contact with them making them very hard to clean

Wish I never moved in
Annoying to no end to deal with parking. Neighbors are cops and stomping Stacy upstairs. Floors hurt to walk on, essentially concrete. More comfortable to be barefoot on a sidewalk I swear. Counters are fake. Rental office was nice until I had a problem, then wanted to tell me it was “just policy”. Mail is horrid to deal with and Amazon always delivers to ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD. The office also ignored an ADA request.
