The business office is terrible! They don't answer phones or return calls. They invade your space, that you paying for, without even a 24 hour notice! Communication is the worst!!!

The house is beautiful but there is a lot of defects from the previous tenant that were never fixed. There is a 1% chance you get an email back if you decide to email about maintenance or questions. They should offer rent to own options as well.

As we begin year 3 here, watching our street grow from just a couple occupied houses to a robust community, we still love our home and this neighborhood! The sounds of children playing is music to our ears. That said, this is actually a pretty quiet place to live! We have every reason to believe this year will be another great one!

It has been a pleasure, I’ll except where you can’t ever get a hold of nobody so you better know how to fix and take care of everything that you need even if you need to call somebody about a quick question you can’t get a hold of nobody that’s an issue but other than that, the neighborhood is beautiful everybody kinda stay with themselves. Nobody bothers anybody it’s wonderful.
