Stay away!
Not only is the place noisy with lots and lots of kids screaming, but there is absolutely no security in the building. Anyone off of the street can walk into your building and have access to your front door or even worse, to the laundry room in the basement where you can be jumped or worse. Tenants come and go like crazy, and this landlord appears to be sue-happy toward his tenants. (Check out Missouri Case-Net.)
