My home!
I love my gorgeous community! It is close to a park you have your own patio or balcony! In the summer you get to take a dip in the pool or a walk around the gorgeous community grounds. The staff is friendly and professional. You will love your neighbors! And this is the best location near highways, restaurants, and stores!

QUALITY TIME
I've lived here a few 24 hrs. and have no complaints.Over time there has been change in staff and I have gotten along with them all.There has also been changes in quality of service from good to better.Maintenance and Management give courteous and timely service with an constant lookout for preventive measures.

We found our home
We've lived in Trotwood for about 2 years, the property manager is awesome and the maintenance staff is prompt and professional. The grounds are well kept and the location is awesome. Looking forward to many more years here.

Great Place to Live
I've lived here over 2 years. The maintenance crew is always speedy and polite. My townhome is spacious with 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a washer dryer connection in our partially finished basement. I absolutely love it! There is a park near by for the kids and the area is quiet and safe. I will definitely be staying.
