This place is terrible!!

The same thing happened to me as the person that submitted their review below, I was a great tenant and left the apartment in great shape. I lived ther for 2 1/2 years, after I moved they kept my deposit and also charged me almost extra. Don't rent from this place because they always keep your deposit.

Management is terrible!

I lived in these apartments for 5 and 1/2 years and was always a quality tenant. I put down a $700 deposit when I moved in and not only did management refuse to return a dime to me, they actually had the nerve to send me a $430 bill and threaten to take me to court if this wasn't paid. I left this apartment in good shape and never caused any problems for these people and this is how they repay their quality tenants? Their excuse for the $430 bill was for replacement of mini blinds, paint, carpet... , and cleaning fee. All of these items would have had to have been replaced in any apartment after being occupied for 5 1/2 years. They let anyone move into these apartments. I dealt with drug dealers as well loud obnoxious neighbors and they rarely tend to these types of problems and when they do it takes forever. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to call home!
