I really recommend it ... live a very comfortable and calm and the sevice is excellent

this complex is for people who have average stations in life. They are the on the cheaper side of independence, so walking around at night might not be the smartest of things. but they are friendly, affordable, and allow one children to go to a great school. if needed I'd move back in a heartbeat.

First of all when I called about an apartment the lady told me that she would require copies of my social security card and drivers license to prove that I was who I said I was. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that anyone would need a copy of my social security card. I continued to ask why they would need a copy and she said because corporate required it. That is not a reason but rather a round about excuse. Secondly when investigating around the area to see what it was like I was told… that I would want to stay away due to all the drug activity around that area. That came directly from an officers standpoint. Finally she told me that because I had not the greatest credit that I would be obligated to give them an $800 deposit. I do not care how terrible my credit is there is never any reason to charge such a ridiculous rate. Read More
