Cornerstone

6th time our water has gone out or is under maintenance in the last 6th months. Terrible communication with anything they're doing. I work in an hour and I can't brush my teeth or even take a shower. This is one of many times they've ruined my day.

Cornerstones apartment complex is not very well managed and they do not do much about it to change. Loud neighbors continually through the evening, not very responsive with maintenance help, terrible spider and spider eggs throughout the entire complex, and not great communication. 5-8 times throughout the year, my water went out without any reason or notice from management. Maintenance would continually pop in to make repairs and often times not complete the job. Packages continually stolen off… of the front porch and management did nothing to prevent or help the situation, did not even address the problem or acknowledge when messaged in the portal. We have lived here since 2019 and since then my truck has been stolen out of the parking lot and my car has been broken into now three times. There are zero security cameras on the property and despite the high rent they refused to add any type of security. 1000% do not recommend living here.

Great amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool. If you like to bike there is a biking trail to rent bikes for free from the office. Workout room available 24/7 and even computers for your use. Wrapping station! It’s great! It’s comfortable quite. It’s more affordable over most luxurious apartments.
