The pictures on this website for these apartments are old. The rent prices are wrong and the pet rent prices are wrong. I've lived here for two years. The trash dumpsters are always over full with trash surrounding them. I've got exposed wires on my back porch which is against city codes and I've reported it, but nothing gets done around here. These apartments are roach infested. They put up 24 hour nice that pest guys are coming to spray, but they never actually show up. My air conditioner has... never actually worked correctly. About every three weeks it puts off a smell of sewage throughout my apartment. I've called to have it fixed multiple upon multiple times and they always come out and rig it so it works for another three weeks then the smell is back. There's a leak in my bathroom above my toilet, exactly where the toilet in the upstairs apartment is. I have called on it multiple times as well, but I called on it again yesterday, here is what happened. The manager said she'd send someone asap. Maintenance guy got here walked into my bathroom, LOOKED at did not touch my ceiling, said he was going to check the apartment above me. Left for about five minutes, came back, stood in my living room and told me and I quote, " There isn't a leak. The little boy upstairs took a shower and got water on the floor. So, it's ok." Then he left. There have been four managers for these apartments since I moved in. I'll name them for you, Raul, Caesar, Javier, and now Marisa. The management company for these apartments has switched three times. Raul was with the first company. Caesar and Javier were with Forza and now Marisa is with the Orion property group.
