Run the other way
I currently live here even though I don't want to locked in my lease. Maintenance is garbage, not trying to be mean but he does not know what he is doing. On April 9 2023 the main sewer line got clogged for my building and every ground floor apartment including mine was flooding because water was coming back through the drain under hot water heater. It was easter so office was closed we called emergency maintenance nuber and was told that the number was not accepting calls so for 24 hrs sewer… water poured into my apt its now may 5 and all they have done is replace the drywall (hired outside contractors) and the padding under carpet. Not the carpet itself and the carpet is loose not stapled down other people still haven't even had that done. We have tried emailing to see if they are going to finish but get no response except to tell us rent is due. They don't care that my electric bill is higher because I had to have jumbo fans in there that I was told not to turn off for a week I also am in a 2 bedroom but unable to use 2nd room because of the flood they want everything out of there so my living room is crammed with stuff and still no response to emails on if they are done. So if I was u I'd look for something else.
