Applicants are subject to credit, background, rental history and income verification. A credit score of 600 or higher is generally required for approval. Applicants with scores below 600 may still be considered with additional conditions, such as a higher security deposit, qualified cosigner, or other mitigating factors. Owner reserves the right to deny under qualified applicants without offering mitigating factors.

Application Fee: $65 per person. NON-REFUNDABLE. Each occupant over the age of 18 must send in a separate application.
