I have recently moved to 3632 baltimore Ave

The apartment was dirty and bathroom was horrible when we moved in.
It was pretty good we have seen it.
Its our first months and we have rats and roaches in our apartment.
The management is too slow to do anything

Baltimore Plaza

I was first drawn to this apartment by the size and price of each unit. I spent a decent amount of time asking questions, and reviewing. However nothing could have prepared me for the paper thin walls, floors and doors. Not only do you hear the people above you, but you hear the people in the hall, across the hall, in the parking lot, doing laundry. I might as well just have lived in a tent. My single apartment has flooded 3 different times and been broken into once. I have spent more… money on security systems and my own repairs than I think the building owner has spent on the whole building. End thought: Great price, great location, decent space and features, horrible apartment.
