Great Spot!
Great location on the plaza and nice rooms. I can walk to work or to the gym or restaurants. No pool or large lobby but cheaper than other nicer similar spots in the plaza. People are friendly and never had any noise issues, bug issues or parking issues. Great overall experience so far!

Pay attention to the lease agreement
Nice, quiet apartment but they make you pay an extra two months if you do not fill out a notice to vacate, even if you haven't renewed your lease!!! They are not willing to negotiate at all even though the tenant paid every month, on time and caused absolutely no problems while living there.

We regret you feel this way as our team works hard to provide a renewal letter more than 90 days in advance for our residents to review that also states when a notice to vacate would need to be received if you choose not to renew your lease with us.... We also contact the residents when we haven’t received either a notice or their intentions of renewing. A+ location
The location is top notch. Can’t beat living one block north of the Plaza! Having a secure parking garage at no additional cost is something you cannot find anywhere else in the city. The laundry room with the additional storage was a huge selling point for me as well!

Great Location, Safe and Warm Neighbor
Plaza lighting to Art fairs every year, Cambria apartment is at the center of all these events. Close to downtown and you can get to anywhere in 15-25 minutes North, South, East, West. People who current live are very friendly and there is happy hour every month to meet the neighbors.
