Beware
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this property. The frequency of homeless individuals and drug addicts roaming the premises on a daily basis has made it an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. Maintenance is a perpetual letdown, as their attempts to fix issues are half hearted and often result in shoddy repairs. My parked car outside my front door was hit not once, but twice, and when I requested footage from the supposedly existing security cameras, I was informed that they were... non-functional. a convenient excuse. The lack of accountability is truly disheartening. During the coldest time of the year, we endured a two week period without hot water. Additionally, the occurrence of carbon monoxide poisoning on two separate occasions is utterly unacceptable. The arrival of Spire and the fire department in the middle of the night added a frightening dimension to an already subpar living situation.Even when I was away, my bathroom window was smashed, and the management displayed a complete lack of urgency in addressing the issue. The week without heating during summer was met with a laughable solution: a window unit that not only failed to cool the entire space but also significantly inflated my electricity bill. The so called pool is nothing short of a cesspool, emitting a horrendous odor that made it unbearable to open any windows. The overall disregard for the well-being and comfort of residents is evident in every aspect of this property. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a place to call home
