City Place at Westport

The people who run this place are insanely nice. They take my maintenance requests so quickly. They clearly care about the people who live there! As well as the amenities are well kept.

We previously lived in Commerce Tower downtown, and Summit in Quality Hill, and we like City Place so much more than either of those. First, the neighborhood is incredibly walkable. We can easily walk to the Plaza, the streetcar, 39th Street, and of course Westport. Which means we can walk to restaurants, bars, comedy theaters, music bingo, the grocery store, the eye doctor, the hardware store, book stores, vintage shops, and more! Second, the staff here is fantastic. Victoria, Marisol, and... Grace in the office are so friendly and helpful, the best staff we have ever experienced. Maintenance is equally impressive. James, Brian, Larry, they’re all great and fast. We have never had to wait for anything to be taken care of. We love there is a pet spa where we can wash our dog (& this is a very dog-friendly community), and we enjoy the pool all summer. The gym isn’t impressive but it is adequate. Moving into City Place in Westport has been an absolute dream! From the moment I stepped into my new apartment, I was struck by the modern design and thoughtful touches. The spacious layout, coupled with the incredible natural light flooding in, creates such a welcoming and airy atmosphere.
