Management is very hands off. One star

Roof does not leak. Maintenance is responsive. Drug rehab facility operates on the 1st and 2nd floors, managed by another company. Top 3 floors has NO managment onsite You can call maintenance, but they say you MUST call the police? This includes anything other than maintenance. Supposedly entry requires a key fob, but the front door locks only about 1/2 the time, so street people can walk right in. Packages are left in the open and I have had several stolen that were delivered. ... Management has taken no action on this. Someone urinates in the elevator everyday. Security doors on top 3 floors have been broken for months. You are supposed to call maintence. Management is unconcerned. Everytime a new tenant, the doors are broken again.
