Hyde Park Place Apartments

The apartment is centrally located and perfectly located as you can step right outside within footsteps to a park. The square footage is adequate however the décor is dated. This is a rent controlled complex with retirees, veterans and those living on fixed incomes. The possible down side is that if your utilities are all inclusive you should be forewarned that the property owner controls your ability to utilize the central air so as temperatures soar to 90 degrees and climbing you are force to... see your love one suffer the heat and pray they don’t suffer heat exhaustion. It is however interesting that when you enter into the property manager office the outside heat seems to dissipate as you enter into an arctic oasis.
