How Is This Rating Determined?

Former resident

I moved down there in 2019 and I moved out in 2022 . The only reason why I moved out is because I needed to move closer to my job and my children to school .
That place has changed drastically changed for the better. Shout out to the management and maintenance. ?? I wouldn’t mind moving back down there :-)

The Best Crew In Years !

Justin Placed has improved in the last yr.& 1/2 since the new management crew came on board. No more trash build up, grounds are kept up, work orders being filled. I give the new team 5 Stars Hands Down! Thank You All.
