Don’t live here
Building looks new, but isn’t. Crappy water pressure and tiny bathrooms. 0/10

Don’t live here!
I don’t even know where to start as I wish I could put 0 stars. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year. We loved how convenient everything was as we both worked on the plaza. The rent was cheap for us too. It was all around a great fit until my boyfriend passed. He passed unexpectedly in our unit. I made management aware that a tenant had died and they only looked at me as a walking money bag. They do NOT care about their residents, even if one passes away. There is a property owner, but... they’ll continue to lie and say the management office is the highest form. Management claims they never knew about my boyfriend’s death and they never received a police report, even though detectives have requested video footage. They still continue to harass me for money due to “damages” in the apartment when I left it spotless. There is no empathy whatsoever. they just want hoards of money that goes nowhere. Please avoid this place at all costs.

The Worst Place Ever
Truly the worst management company to ever exist. They do not care about tenants, the apartment nor property. Here's some highlights:
- No heat in winter. Building is way too old. They also monitor your thermostat and you have to keep it and what they set it to (ie doesn't stay below 72 in summer)
- One elevator is working if your'e lucky. They haven't even been inspected in years and the most recent inspection has expired. They bounce when you reach the 1st floor, enter at your own risk
-... Smells like trash
- They don't actually fix anything and they're way of "repairing" is either harmful to you, or they don't actually fix anything but just go through the emotions
- just all around truly terrible, plaza for rent is the worst management company. They are decent apartments inside but just know you won't have anything fixed and you will be highly highly frustrated at your living conditions.
- Pee and poo on floor at all times, beer cans and fast food sit in lobby forever, package room is uncontrollable. Parking is quite a bit extra and the garage door is always up, muting the point of safety. cars often broken into in $200 a month parking lot and management won't do anything about it

Don’t EVERRR do it
If you like heat in the winter or management who fixes things, look elsewhere. We’ve lived here for a while and it’s our last straw, they don’t even fix heat in the winter and make it sound like your problem

Plaza House
Plaza House is in a great location, just a couple blocks from the Country Club Plaza dining and shopping. My apartment was a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and it was very spacious and had plenty of closets and storage space. There are a few parking spots in the back, or you can buy a spot in nearby lots. Mindy is the onsite property manager and she is very prompt with her responses and maintenance is always quick to fix whatever problems you may have. The units are older but have been maintained very... well. I believe the building has been bought and the plans are to renovate. I loved living here and was planning on staying another year; however rent is increasing and it's out of my budget now. They also had a great referral program when I lived here. One of my friends moved in and used me as their referral and I saved a couple hundred on rent one month.
