Where do I begin, except the location, this is the worst property in the city, with the absolute worst property management I have ever encountered. I moved into the apartment in August of 2017. Upon moving in the AC did not work, nor would it work till almost July of 2018. The dish washer is disgusting and never operated right. The window in one bedroom has leaked a significant amount of water despite them being told several times. The water situation was so bad in the other bedroom, a 5' x... 5' section of drywall came down from the ceiling. That only took 2 months to ALMOST finish, however no texture or paint has been done to finish the work. I had an issue with a washing machine not working, but that only took a month to fix. The bathroom floor was collapsing under the toilet from day one, in their credit, they did fix the floor and reset the toilet, nearly 2 whole years later, however they pulled the toilet off the wall, and the bathroom door won't close pass the toilet, so no bathroom, which is great for company or guest's. The front door is unsecured despite being told that was going to be fixed, still hasn't. So get used to kicking out homeless drifters on the regular. They also recently covered the mailbox's inside the building, so I have no idea where the mail is going. Don't have anything delivered here, IT WILL BE STOLEN. All of that brings me to today. I've made several attempts to get the toilet fixed, NOTHING. The AC has quit working AGAIN, and no one will return my call's. Window still hemorrhages water, still no dishwasher, secured front door, mailbox, finished ceiling, or functioning bathroom, not even a smoke detector. If I could give this property/ property manager less than 1 star I would. I wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemy. Read More
