I love renting with North Terrace!

I have been renting from North Terrace for 3 years and will continue for as long as I'm renting. I've never had such an amazing experience with a property management company. I highly recommend renting with them!

Great Experience Leasing

I’ve been living at NT for a while now, love my apartment and the leasing office managers, Melissa and Janae. Hope I can continue living here and being serviced by them longterm.

Great Experience

When I initially called to inquire about the properties they manage, the leasing team was nice and friendly. Janae, the leasing assistant manager sent me multiple properties and toured all day with me. She was super friendly and was transparent about the application process. I didn’t move forward due to finding a house, but I will recommend them to others.

Do NOT rent from here

The amount of childish behavior this company exudes is ridiculous. They do NOT reach out to their tenants and almost refuse to do decent maintenance work. I have called this company so many times and leave a message and I get nothing back. I’ve emailed the help desk and get ignored and I can’t even contact our property manager. Do not rent here. DO NOT RENT HERE
