The Pines at Red Bridge Apartments

The area this complex is located at is extremely dangerous and subject to a lot of theft
It's extremely expensive for the area (you'll hear sirens 6-10 times a day) since it's not gated and its tenants have for a few months been subject to car theft and break-ins almost every weekend (it's completely open to main roads from two sides)
Management is not a positive, it's run by a pair of lethargic property managers who refer you to their business partner since "it's not their job"

I love the Pines at red Ridge the property is very nice very clean and quiet ! I moved in on Monday of last week and literally it was the absolute smoothest move-in I’ve experienced to Date !! Sunny And her office team are simply amazing very professional !! No hidden fees or extensive wait times my apartment was move in ready as promised on the agreed date and time.. The Pines at Red Bridge has improved tremendously under the new management company! The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels well-maintained and welcoming. It’s great to see positive changes making this a wonderful place to live!

I've spoken with management many times and they are very rude and condescending. Would not recommend and are horrible with communication.
