We have lived at the Reserve for a little less than a year. We've been inside multiple other friend's apartments during that time have found we like a lot of things about our apartment that their's may be missing. The space feels big despite it being a one bedroom apartment and the kitchen has a ton of counter space for a small apartment. The price point we pay to is totally worth it. Maintenance responds to our requests efficiently and management is super nice. My only negative comment would... have to do with the fact the pool was rarely open in the summer but they do have 2 pools you can go to so you can cross your fingers and hope the other one is open. Overall I have loved living here and I will be slightly sad when it's time for me and my husband to find a new home in the future.

I have been a resident at reserve at Barry, so far everything works great, from the peaceful environment to management team to maintenance team including customer service are awesome. It is a good place to leave. Also communication is excellent.
