The Oxbow is probably one of the best apartment buildings I have toured in the KC area. They have plenty of amenities, responsive staff, and they are located in a very walkable part of North Kansas City. Additionally, the rent is very reasonable. I suddenly had to relocate for school and I was able tour, apply, and begin living at the Oxbow in less than two weeks. Shoutouts to Angelica and Brandon for all they have done to help make this a smooth move-in process!

I would’ve loved to give this place a five star review. Beautiful building, looks well maintained, friends love it, and I’ve been wanting to live here for a while. Unfortunately my problem is with the communication between the leasing staff. People in the leasing office need to talk to each other more there has been a lot of miscommunication.
