Pevely Pointe Apartments

Coming up on the end of our year long lease at the end of May. I want to give warning to whoever moves into 904 - Apt 105. The apartment is located right next to 3 dumpsters, and although there are multiple other dumpsters located throughout the complex, the three next to this apartment seemed to be used by everyone living here. It becomes over filled, trash is everywhere, and people pile their broken, unwanted, ruined furniture at these 3 dumpsters as well. During the Summer if you use your... patio door expect to deal with flies inside the apartment until Winter comes.

And the worst of it? The whole building this apartment is in, as in every other apartment as well, has a roach infestation. We put in multiple work orders to have the apartment treated for bugs, the gentleman came about 7 times throughout our year here. The professional said that he is 100% confident its an infestation. He stated treating one or two apartments in thw building is going to nothing in aid to rid the roaches. The office manager Michael will gas light you if you try reporting it as we did and tells you that youre the only one putting in work orders and that no one else has mentioned the roaches. Yet when I was speaking to the family 2 floors above us that moved out a few weeks ago, they too said there were roaches in their apartment as well. Another mom in the building before ours has the same complaints.

They come from the drains in the sinks, behind the cabinets, inside the drawers in the kitchen, they are even in the fire alarms. That was fun to change the batteries and have them come crawling out onto my hands and arms.

My final complaint, there are portions of wall, the ones that run along the outside of the apartment, that are not fully sealed and let a lot of moisture in. I had a new pairs of Nikes in the second bedroom closet. When it started getting warmer I went to get them out to wear, only to find they were completely molded over. The Manager Michael came to check it out... his advice was to just keep anything away from that side of the closet.

Im sure they will try to pass this off as a disgruntled lessee, unfortunately for them I have pictures and videos of all of this for documentation.

The maintenance not only treated ahead of snow, ice storm .... they stayed on top of it the entire weekend!

These apartments are terrible. Trashy on outside. Mold in all the apartments. And let’s not talk about the roaches!!! If there is a problem they will only spray 1 apartment not all of them. You have to call the office to tell them you want sprayed. You shouldn’t have to do that. I know several people in there and they all have bugs and nothing being done about it.. when you call the office they act like you’re a bother when complaining about bugs. I have lived for 4 years in October it will 5 years
The apartments are very nice an the new manager is just wonderful they are really on top of everything I've called the emergency office when the office was closed an they called me back within 5 2 10 minutes its a very great place to live an the pool is just great I really enjoy living here

Dirty outside. Ceiling same color as walls. Too expensive for what you get.
