Property Mgr
Maintenance requests become a problem where property mgr talks down to you and tells you you are submitting too many requests - even though the problem or issue did not get fixed! No landlord should treat the tenants disrespectfully as they would not wish for tenants to treat them disrespectfully either! I would discourage anyone from living here.

We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our maintenance service. Our team… has completed the reported requests and returned to the home on multiple occasions to revisit concerns and provide additional assistance. We have also offered the option to transfer to another home or terminate the lease early in an effort to reach a resolution.
While we understand that frustrations can arise, we believe respectful communication is important on both sides. Our team has made consistent efforts to address these concerns and provide support.
We remain committed to providing professional service and encourage the resident to contact our management team directly if further discussion is needed.
