The best community I’ve lived in. Very inclusive. Lots of fun community events. Stylish and modern. Fabulous amenities. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking.

Great experience moving into the Venue. Friendly staff and helped with all my questions and made me feel welcomed. After move in, continued to answer questions and help me get settled in.

It is a very nice place to stay, the amenities are great and the bathroom and other facilities are very nice too. All appliance are Samsung which is great.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU LIVE HERE OR ARE THINKING ABOUT IT. If you are moving out, make sure to document EVERYTHING. These folks will try to charge you as much as possible. We had no pets and lived there for less than 1 year (literally let out of our lease because they won't enforce nonsmoking policy). They have sent us a document outlining a $1,197 charge to replace carpets that were left in the literal same shape as when we moved in. The manager explained to me how they hire a second... party who looks at things and then a third party decides whether the carpets are salvageable (usually because pets tend to do a number on carpets--we have no pets). Thankfully, I took photos and video of our unit when we moved in and when we left, so we are protected. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! The most toxic renting experience of my LIFE.
