Horrible, horrible management and extremely poorly maintained property. Claims to be a luxury apartment and charges the price of one, but with 0 amenities and 0 property upkeep. Trash everywhere, weeds overgrown all over, dog poop wherever you walk, it’s embarrassing to bring people to. No matter how big or small the maintenance issue is, anticipate little to no response from management and at least 1 month for someone to actually come and take a look. The Apartment building, beautifully rehabilitated. The apartment itself, modern appliances with great colored cabinets and unique layout. Management, leaves a lot to be desired. The property management when I moved in was attentive. Unfortunately the property was sold in the middle of my lease and that’s when I fell out of love. Landscaping (stopped getting done), dumpster area (really messy), and parking (gated lot full even though I paid for parking).

I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed with the modern amenities, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings. The maintenance team was always prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was in excellent condition. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's been a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch apartment complex.
