Seniors and the disabled with many on a fixed income are not able to afford to reside at Santa Ana Apartments. A 41% monthly rent increase is pure greed and price gouging of the poor and aged! For the most part, the upgrades and renovations have been put in place to unjustly drive rental rates higher. Cosmetic upgrades to individual apartments does not justify a monthly rate hike of $200+. The 'newly renovated Santa Ana Apartments" is very misleading; the apartments are small, dated and infested with German cockroaches and bed bugs. Painting the existing kitchen cabinets and replacing aged, dirty carpeting with inexpensive and inferior vinyl plank flooring is equivalent to putting lipstick on a pig. Santa Ana apartments is a dump, and given there is no competent on site maintenance staff;... Santa Ana should be relegated to the bottom of the heap. I've lived here for five years this is a great place to live with or without transportation. It's close to so many restaurants ,Walgreens ,Saint Ann Center ,and much more .There's always some kind of activities for the month .The apartments are affordable comfortable and all the appliances are user-friendly.
