This apartment is a complete disaster. Poor maintenance. If you join, you're going to regret it.
The maintenance people make fun of your difficulties. I complained about a situation, and they laughed at me. Trust me, I've been through a lot due to these apartments.

This property is horrible and poorly maintained, with overflowing trash, mattresses on the ground and debris behind apartment doors.

Management could care less about adhering to your concerns, and your wellbeing. When I moved in the place was disgusting, its like they didnt even bother cleaning it. There was floor and wall damage throughout the entire unit, the entry door into my unit could just be pushed open even when locked, and there was MOLD in the bathroom. Not only that, there are exit doors on the bottom floor of the specific building I was in which were just propped open, so anyone and everyone could have entered... that building. Once I was able to get ahold of management(which is nearly impossible) I was told that I would hear from the property manager, and I was promised that maintenance would fix my issues that evening whenever I physically showed them the concerns. Long story short, a week later and nothing had happened. The property manager didn't even bother to reach out to me, nor did maintenance come fix any of my issues. So I had vacated my unit, and whenever I informed them of doing so and told them I wanted to break my lease due to the unresolved issues, and safety hazards the property manager Tshae had said that she had spoken to me on multiple occasions, and that my issues were resolved the night I had brought them forward. This was a complete lie, and I had all of the documentation, logs, ect to disprove their statements.
