Greenway Trail Apartments

I would strongly encourage anyone considering Greenway Trails Apartments to do extensive research before signing a lease.

Since moving in, I have experienced repeated issues that have made living here far more stressful than it should be. These issues have included maintenance concerns, communication problems, ongoing rodent issues (MICE), lease-related disputes (leasing office personell is unlearned and low vibing), and repeated situations where residents are left seeking answers with little... to no response from management.

The latest example occurred when residents received a text message stating that a grill located somewhere at the building must be removed immediately and that failure to comply could result in the entire building being subject to fines and enforcement actions.

I do not own a grill. Many residents likely do not own a grill. Yet the message was written in a way that suggested an entire building could face consequences because of the actions of an unknown individual.

When I attempted to contact the leasing office for clarification, I called multiple times and did not receive a return call.

The issue is bigger than a grill. It is the pattern. Residents deserve clear communication, timely responses, and management practices that do not create unnecessary confusion and anxiety.

Housing is already one of the largest expenses people face. Residents should not have to spend their time wondering whether they are being threatened with penalties for violations they did not commit.

My power has gone out four times in the last 30 days with no resolution. I’ve lost two refrigerators worth of food. It shouldn’t take 24 hours or more to fix the power. And it also should be happening so often in such a short period of time. I ask for answers and you give the run around dodging responsibility instead of assisting your tenant. Very disappointing

This place is a wonderful place to rent my husband and I moved in here and I really enjoy my place. There are people that talked bad about this place don't listen to them it is a very clean place no bugs or rats here .
