Awful, awful, awful. I moved here from the East Coast and couldn’t see the unit before I moved in. I got here and it was infested with roaches. This was a year ago and I am still dealing with roaches. I experienced 2 gas leaks that seriously impacted my health. The ceiling leaked multiple times in multiple places. The pilot light shut off on its own in the winter and I couldn’t get hot water while the heat was running. STL CityWide is predatory, don’t believe the 5-star reviews and look into... their history (under many different names).
