    I moved in Recently - Can't Recommend

    The area is nice, but there have been maintenance issues upon issues upon issues. Elevator has broken 5 times this month. Came into my unit with a laundry list of issues. Was lied to multiple times in the process by management and the owner.

    I've lived in worse in St. Louis, but if you can do better, avoid the headache.
