Horrible
Absolutely horrible. Avoid any and all of their properties if you can. They don't care about you or your belongings. My building and another have had multiple break - ins and their response was that the storage lockers downstairs were store at your own risk. They never sent out a letter notifying there was a break in. Maintenance left both my doors unlocked as well and multiple things were stolen and they said nothing would be done.
