My time at Parkshire has been great. Maintenance is always on top of things. They take care of snow removal very quickly and there is a beautiful park right across the street.

Customer service has been exceptional. Lived here over 10 years. Rent could be lower, but it’s stabilized in the last year. When I’ve needed assistance, it’s been there.

Love my apt Zach the Lead Maintenance Man is AWESOME and now they are doing small renovations that make the apt more modern and comfortable LOVELY LOVE LOVE the local park and shops as well as the stores

I have enjoyed the apartments. I really like the garage. I like that the maintenance team come and help pretty quickly. I also like the perks and rewards. However, i think the foyer area can be kept up better. There are many insects and bugs in the light and I think they could clean the area more frequently. I also think we should be able to lock the doors at night. Why give a key for the front door but can't use it. It can be small adjustments that can be done to make the residents feel a... little more secure in the building. Maybe consider tinted windows from the outside, or a way to buzz visitors in so that the doors can be locked. I do like the apartments I just want it to be a bit more secure and I would like the foyer area to be better.
