If you are interested in these lofts, run don’t walk, and get your application in immediately! They are filling up fast!!! I had the pleasure of touring these apartments this past weekend at the open house. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to rent a studio on the first floor. I have a rescue English bulldog with spina bifida. She can’t get up steps and wears a diaper that I tailor to her peanut body shape. I can’t afford one the bigger apartments due to her excessive vet bills. The point... I’m making is I LOVE my dog. This place has a dog park, it’s a softball throw to the beautiful greenway that travels all the way to grants farm trails, down river des Peres. Parks, parks, parks ! You can walk to the Sutton park, stop at the meat market and get your dog a rib bone for $1.00 then continue up Sutton to Ryan hummer park where they have concerts, Ice cream socials and tons of other things to do. Lindenwood is just a block over Jamieson where you can often catch the food trucks. No need to pack water for the dog. Most businesses keep dog waters bowls out for the fur babies.You are in walking distance to downtown Maplewood. Tons of things happening in Maplewood. If you like to drink, you can skip the dui, you are only a two blocks stumbling distance home from schafly. ALL the employees of this company I met were very welcoming, even with my dog.
