Catalpa East

Living at Catalpa East is easy going. My neighbors are respectful and kind, even though it didn't necessaily start out that way. Management helped out with a small parking feud that happened early on into me living here. They spoke transparently about what they could do to help and what was outside of their control. Make sure that any maintenance concerns you have are thoroughly communicated (and stay on top of it) and you'll be happy living here!

Living here has been a very nice experience, it is a well maintained property and anything that needs addressed does get looked at in a timely manner. Anything that doesn't is usually a major issue outside the scope of someone on site. Still is fixed in a timely manner.

The property is quiet and there are not any loud disruptions, the most you'll get is lawn mowing. Manager is a great guy and so are the maintenance crew. Been here for 4 years and not had any major problems regarding quality of... life.

The management here has been very vocal and helpful recently and really great with answering questions and answering the phone when needed. Would recommend this place to any of my friends! You can also call security any time you need it.

I really like living at Catalpa East. I have been here for nearly 5 years
and have no problems at all. Management and maintenance have been very helpful if needed. Neighbors are really quiet, which is good.
