Lakewood Village Apts is a great place to call home because it’s close to all the things you need but not in the hustle and bustle. I’ve lived here for 11 years and I’ve enjoyed the green white trail the pool on site and the gym.

Lakewood is a super place to live. I feel safe and secure. It is a peaceful property. It has a gorgeous backdrop of lush trees. The trail is outstanding as well as the gym! The location allows for quick access to most venues in the city.

I have been living at Lakewood Village for 6 years. It's been great so far. The office is always nice. The apartments are well maintained and the internet is excellent.

This is a quiet and safe community with a dog park, pool, onsite facilities, and picnic area. They also allow large dog breeds. Maintenance staff is attentive and prompt (within reason). I highly recommend for future tenants!

I love that I am in a safer area of Springfield and am near so many good places for exercise, activities and good/newer food/beverages. They have worked in the last year to have a better set-up with their offices and maintenance. There can be issues sometimes on getting maintenance to come out, but it can also be dependent on the severity of the maintenance issue.
Overall the quality of the apartment is good enough that you should have minimum issues besides their routine maintenance for... spraying and replacing filters.
