Good amount of space and quiet neighborhood! Also the managers / maintenance requests will answer very quickly and are super friendly!

**5-Year Resident Review – Quail Ridge Townhomes**

After living at Quail Ridge Townhomes for the past five years, I can confidently say it's been a great place to call home. The amenities are a real highlight—having access to a pool, patio space, and a well-equipped fitness center has made daily life more enjoyable. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the whole community a clean, welcoming feel year-round.

What really sets The Wooten Co apart is the people. The office staff is professional, responsive, and always friendly. Any… time I had a question or needed assistance, they handled it quickly and with care. The maintenance crew is equally impressive—fast, reliable, and courteous every time.

Overall, my experience here has been excellent, and I highly recommend The Wooten Co to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

Highly recommended

When I was looking to move into my first apartment, I was worried I'd have to compromise what I want to be able to afford it. The Townhomes at Quail Ridge have been everything I wanted in a rental and then some, for a very nice price. Super friendly staff all around, too. Don't pass up the opportunity to live here if you have the chance.

QR Townhomes: Spacey, Safe, Affordable

Just renewed lease. Family townhomes, quiet, safe, secure. Great office staff, groundskeeping weekly, immediate response for maintenance needs, 3 pools, well kept, and a place to sit outdoors and do my plants. Pet friendly, cat loves it. Love it.
