When working with clients, I emphasize a strike price approach to real estate, ensuring the best financial outcome for the sale of the client or their family’s assets. I began my career with Coldwell Banker Gundaker nearly 15 years ago, and have been with the company ever since. We have served over 1700 families, selling over 600 Million Dollars worth of real estate.  I earned my B.S in Business and Finance from Lindenwood University in St Charles. I am licensed in the state of Missouri, but have referral sources throughout the country. I have been in the Top1% of agents in the country the past 10 straight years and am the #1 Listing and Sales agent in the #1 Coldwell Banker Gundaker Office in St Charles County. We sell over 150 homes a year. The Wall Street Journal recognized me as the #137 agent in the nation in 2018. My free-time is spent with my wife  Dr. Elizabeth Strain, a director for Ed Plus, our daughter Caroline and our Goldendoodle Ernie. My hobbies include running, reading, and collecting sports memorabilia.
