If you are found to have a party or event, or if there are more people in the unit than listed on your reservation, you accept full responsibility for any city fines or lawsuits resulting from your actions or the actions of your guests during your reservation, and you will lose 100% of your security deposit. Candles in the suite are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation. If it is found that there are more guests than indicated on the reservation, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. If furniture is moved and has to be put back in its original place, it costs $100 per piece of furniture that needs to be put back. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on or near the property.
