Unhelpful Management
The management and property manager are extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. After new management took over a year ago, maintenance issues like overflowing toilets, leaking bathroom walls, and broken washers/dryers take over a month to address, if they get fixed at all.
They mark issues as "complete" without actually resolving them. As a student without a car, the lack of working laundry facilities on-site is a major inconvenience. The previous management was far more responsive to emergencies... and routine repairs.
This apartment complex does not provide the peaceful living experience or basic maintenance that residents deserve. I cannot recommend living here until significant changes are made to improve the property management.
