Great Place, Friendly Neighbors and Great Price!
I rented an apartment here recently and the service, communication, and stay were exceptional! The price is very reasonable for the area. Karen, the property manager played a major role in my awesome experience. She warned me that the neighbors and community are very friendly, the food and restaurants nearby are great, and the property is old. The grounds are well maintained and have a nice appearance. I had two maintenance issues that were resolved immediately once the PM was notified. The… laundry facility is very clean and the pay system is very easy to use.
My neighbors always greeted me and I enjoyed conversations, drinks and food with them. The buildings are in great shape to be old. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future to rent one of the short-term rentals.Review from Apartments.com
