For awhile under the old ownership things were going well. But during the renovations, the management team has been less than up front about all that has been going on. Two month ago we were told we would get a two to three week notice before being transferred to another building for renovation. However, when time came for me to move, I only have 5 days to get everything packed. This is very stressful having to pack up everything on top of studying for midterms. The only good thing about the… complex is the help community assistance. But if I can't trust management to keep their word and manage a property efficiently, it's all for nothing. It is walking distance from university. The rent is cheap and The rooms are big.

This place is the absolute worst. All of the appliances are outdated and barely work. Maintenance never comes out in a timely manner, and when they do show up, they don't actually fix anything. The internet is the absolute worst. The prices are only going up, don't make the same mistake I did, CHOOSE ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!
