Local residents are not allowed to book without pre-approval to prevent the home from being used as a party house. The booking guest must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation, and all guests must be included in the reservation. Undisclosed guests may result in immediate termination, requirement to vacate the property, and additional charges. Violations of the no-parties or no-smoking policies may result in immediate cancellation and guests being required to vacate. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, but should not be allowed on beds or furniture, and guests must clean up pet waste.
