Just neighbors I love staying here and I love the convenience of everything. However, my only downfall is the neighbors. They leave trash out for days on in, leave their dogs poop on the walk way and then the people above us stomp all day and night and nothing is ever done to rectify these issues.

I absolutely love Palisades at Belmont Apartments! It's truly a fantastic community. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. What really sets this place apart, though, is the amazing staff. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. Whenever I’ve had a question or request, they address it immediately, making me feel valued as a resident.
The location is also unbeatable—it's close to everything you could... possibly need and just minutes from Uptown Charlotte! Whether you're heading to work, dining out, or enjoying local entertainment, everything is so convenient.
I highly recommend Palisades at Belmont to anyone looking for a great place to call home! It’s truly a wonderful place to live!

Great place and even better staff!!
Stayed there for 3 years and enjoyed every day of it! The sense of community that the staff creates at the Palisades is incredible!! Highly recommend
